In the recent time the world has been engulfed in a tremendous change. Across the globe, Monumental events have taken place, redefining the face of the world. Impenetrable walls have fallen, the cold war has thawed, peace in the Middle East has become a reality, and democracy in many countries in the world has been restored.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been profoundly touched by these waves of change. Unlike that which any nation has experienced, It has itself undergone a change consistent with Islamic principles and its Social character and distinctiveness. With the establishment of a Consultative Counsel and the issuance of the first Constitution in the history of the Kingdom, the Kingdom has begun a new front of developments in consistence with its economic growth.
There is no doubt that as business is growing, demands for more legal advice is increasing. We all know that a fast-growing number of law firm ware advising on business across borders, however, in the Arab world, legal advice depends on knowledge and experience in international as well as in local laws, whether Islamic law or regulations promulgated by the authorities.
Clients may have difficulty choosing among many law firms in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Famous names do not mean that they render excellent legal services. They may own the firms but they never work on it, or even supervise the work of legal advisors employed by the firms to do the job on behalf of the owners. Al-Oufi, the founder of the Firm, a Saudi national educated in the United States of America and Canada after having graduated from Saudi Arabia. He has had the opportunity to gain more knowledge in Western legal system and Islamic law. He also has gained more legal experience in practicing as a lawyer and a legal advisor in both private and public sectors.
Dr. Saleh A. Al-Oufi works and supervises everything done in the firm, and litigates cases in the courts personally. His twenty-two years of experience in legal work and knowledge of other legal systems give him leverage and credit over many competitors in the Kingdom. In this Law Firm we think such experience gives us a reason to convince interested parties to choose our Law Firm fro their legal services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
